TO ALL OF OUR PATIENTS
The TMJ & Orofacial Pain Treatment Centers of Wisconsin started seeing patients again as of Tuesday May 5th.
We continue to makes changes in how we operate the clinic as the CDC guidelines change: (updated as of November 9, 2020)
- We respectfully request that ONLY patients come in for their appointments. If the patient is a minor, the patient can be accompanied by 1 parent. Please have other family members stay either at home or in your car.
- In order to comply with social distancing requirements, we will only see a limited number of patients at any given time. We will do our very best to accommodate everyone, while following CDC guidelines.
- All persons entering our clinics will have their temperature taken by a touchless thermometer. We are doing this for all employees also. Temperatures will be charted for both patients and employees. Any patient or employee presenting with a temperature of 100F or higher will be sent home
- You will be asked some screening questions when you enter the office.
- We have hand sanitizer that we will ask you to use when you enter the office, and there will be some in other places in the office for you to use as needed.
- You will see that our waiting room will no longer offer magazines and toys, since those items are difficult to clean and disinfect
We look forward to seeing you again and are happy to answer any questions you may have about the steps we take to keep you, and all our employees, safe in our practice.
Thank you for being our patient. We value your trust and loyalty and look forward to welcoming back our patients, neighbors and friends
Sincerely,
TMJ & Orofacial Pain Treatment Centers of Wisconsin
